Those are soothing words from missnook, Red. I pray that you find the ring....I mean it HAS to be there somewhere!! I felt awful in the beginning too and nook is right, you are going to be feeling supremely great when you reach the goals you have set for youself. Please hang in there......toxins are escaping from you today. Tomorrow will be better!!
