You are doing a great job and your body will thank you for the gift of time to heal, clean, and rest.

As for you caffine headache, it should go away within a couple days (nowhere near 10). Make certain you drink the recommended amount of water (1/2 your body weight in ounces) to help your headache and any other detox symptoms you may endure. To help your stomach you could try some ginger tea.
