I just wanted to thank you for the message you left me. Now all I can think about is being an inspiration for others. You have been an inspiration to me thats for sure. Your blog was one of the first that I read and I found it very humbling to read about a single dad taking control of his health. I laughed as I thought of the wife saying to her husband, "Honey, you need to eat more vegetables" and then promptly making him a dinner plate of veggies. But you, well you're doing it by yourself and that makes me proud. Although I'm not a 'single mom' I am alone much of the time and tend to be stuck 'doing it all' for myself and my kids, which mentally, can exhaust anyone. Thanks again for your inspiring message, it means a lot to me. Good luck to you!
