Under my blog entry, "Junk in the Trunk", you will find an e-book on skin-brushing, and a picture of my favorite brush...a Tampico. Cactus Bristle is also very nice and you can find them sometimes in the "Body Shop"...I bought mine online..under $20. The Tampico is very reasonable and nice and stiff. Elemis makes a "cadillac" of cactus bristle brushes, but I had to send to Europe to get one and it was expensive and no better than the Tampico IMHO.

I do skin-brush before baths but mostly, I body brush every morning when I wake up, figuring that my lymph which are in little nodes under your skin, the size of beans, are likely sluggish after a night of sleep and its a convenient time for me. Mostly, its just a great habit and I fell in love with the way it made me feel.
