The Master Cleanse is a perfect opportunity to process your emotional releases along with the physical ones. It is a good break from the situations which are distracting us from being in problem-solving mode. The liver is the "seat of our emotions", so you will especially want to explore liver flushing after your cleanse. I liver flushed my way through my divorce years ago and never experienced the melt-down or despair I sort of thought I might feel.
