Speaking of pizza and beer...I made cajan food with some Alaska Amber beers last night. I probably shouldn't have done that so close to my first liver cleanse, but boy was it good.

I have never done a colonic and am not really sure what it is. I will have to do some research and see if I think it is worth while in my case. Thanks for your input. It is appreciated.
