I had two kinds of breakfast smoothies - one was vegetable (spinach leaves, avocado, tomato and cucumber- sounds icky but I liked it). The other was fruit: fresh mango and banana, and some type of frozen berry, usually. I don't know if either of these will be easier on your stomach, though.
