Oh yes! blog! Each cleanse is different and I have found that my earlier cleansing was the foundation work for this one. I wish I had taken notes and when I go back and read my early in the cleanse blog entry, I say, wow, now I remember that, and it's cool.





I am glad the article helped you. It is a big part of the cleanse and I have developed a love affair with cayenne. If people knew more, I figured, more would fall in love with it and improve their health...
