As you can tell from this blog, I keep pretty fit. If there's one thing that's a constant in my life its my body weight. It sticks to 180 and depending on my level of lifting my fat % will float between 11-15%. I can pretty much eat what I want and I do splurg occasionally on carbs and sweets but for the most part staying in the gym gives me a healthy mindset all around.
I like the thoughts on interleukin and I will read up on it.
Regardsing olive leaf extract, I pretty much take the dosage on the bottle. The brand is Natures Way. I take 4 capsules a day (two in the morning and two at night). Each capsule is standardized to 12% oleuropein and is 250mg. and also list is just 250mg olive (leaf).
Other things in your arsenal should include coconut oil and apple cider vinegar. I use the coconut oil in popcorn and apple cider vinegar in salads. There's good research on both.
