I have heard that thus far in lieu of implementing a draft they are hiring mercenaries from other countries.

My son never will believe there will be a draft. I asked him why and he said, "Because nobody would comply."

The powers that be try not to do things where they KNOW we won't comply. The better to hide their Machiavellian ways...
