I would be most happy to share my green drink recipe.
I run all of the following through my juicer, add a few grinds of light grey celtic sea salt from the ceramic salt grinder and a couple shakes from the Bru Bru's Hot sauce bottle and stir well. I also add a squirt or two of raw organic agave nectar.
Here is the list to juice, all of these items of course are organic:
two green or purple kale leaves
three collard green leaves
four sticks of celery
four carrots
two tomatoes, roma or medium type
1/2 yellow bell pepper
one large handful of parsley
one half of a cucumber
only add the last two ingredients if you like hot, spicy stuff
one quarter inch wedge of horseradish, julienned
7-8 cloves of raw, peeled garlic
Makes about four cups of M.O.G.'s super green drink.
To hit all the taste buds, you want to always include salty, spicey, sweet, sour, and bitter in all things you create for the food palate. Makes your dishes really stand out.
