It will because they need it too. It is being brought in with stealth. Part of the globalist plan is to harm the military (on all sides of the equation) with vaccines and dirty bomb pollution, etc so that when the full brunt of the new world order is brought to pass, those who maybe could have rebelled (physically speaking) will be too sick to or dead to revolt.
