Yikes, it can be daunting to think about a long cleanse. Think one day at a time and it will go better for you. I know. I am doing a month fast but if I had to bet today if I have the motivation to do it I would place a bet against me. BUT I do think I can do it but only thinking one day at a time.

Keep motivated reading others success's in the archives and blogs and you will do great. Blogging will help keep you honest too...ggg
