especially when enjoying life with fiance. Believe me I know. And a lot of people on this blog don't work fulltime. I've found that people with hectic careers (I'm in TV & radio) have major obstacles - it's so easy to eat when you're stressed out. (not that stay-at-homers don't have their own obstacles - if I were around a kitchen all day, watch out!)

Daily exercise is the part most people don't get, so you're halfway there. Congrats on picking the date!

I still overindulge a bit on the weekends. But try no alcohol during the week, and just watching things on the weekend. If you can have nice dinners on the weekends, just try introducing some salads or raw foods. One morning I made a raw platter (sliced bite sized tomatoes, apples, oranges, some melon, some broccoli or something) and I brought it out - my fiance really liked it.

Then let yourself have some wine and a nice dinner. You've got a long way to go, and part of the challenge is going to be balancing your weight goals with keeping yourself sane.
