Okay,
First thing, you're doing good, really. You've done well. But, you've brought this 'disease' (alcohol) on yourself. You invited it 16 years ago and now it doesn't want to leave. You've got to FIGHT for it, fight for health, fight for what you believe in!! It's not going to leave because you ask it to, or for fasting for only a week. It's going to rear it's ugly head and fight back before giving up.

The choice is yours.
