Thank you for your positive energy! This is what it takes, is a WHOLE LOT of positivity!

I fall off the horse a lot, but keep getting back on. Every little victory is worth celebrating!

I KNOW we can lose the weight we need to lose, and I feel it is imperative to keep our minds focused on "I'm thin and gorgeous" thoughts constantly, and this is the BIG stretch, because we are so programmed into thinking, "I'm fat and ugly" (at least I am).

However, I just viewed "The Secret" --- a movie wherein they stress how important it is to constantly focus on what we WANT, not what we don't want, as the universe is constantly "filling our order" .... and so if we are thinking FAT, that's what we ordered, and that is what is delivered back to us.

So let's think THIN and gorgeous together!
