Keep up the good work; I enjoy reading your blog. Today is also day six for me and a better day than yesterday. The sun is out and I feel good. My tongue is slowly starting to clear up; the lower third is clear. Yeah! I tried B&P and nearly gagged. My stomach didn't like it either. I had the powder, maybe the liquid would be better. Did you ever use P&B? I think I will use the rest of the clay in a bath. Ahhh Take Care. Aloha
