Interesting formula. I have not heard of black salt before, nor the Hawaiian. I just became a real *salt-head* when I began doing the Master Cleanse and found myself seeking out great tasting salts. Since then I will linger in front of salt displays in a health food store like it was a jewelry case...ggg.

I will certainly check out places to find those salts online and try your Ayurvedic formula. Did the recipe come from a link you can share. I would be interested in reading more about how much to use on a daily basis and the benefits.
