i wonder where you always find your info?
i agree that simple treatments can often be very effective and i believe that one important fact as to why hydrotherapy works so well is that it takes away or at least lowers accumulated heat (excess or negative energy and actual body heat ) and therefore it is a wholistic treatment.
i love also Sebastian Kneipp´s ideas.
