I was more relieved than anything else when I saw that I had been banned from posting. I do regret my part in the whole sordid affair, but if nothing else it certainly taught me that there is never any need to fight. My horizons have expanded a great deal since being forced in exile, and I do feel that I have benefited a great deal in the process. However, I do gaze at Joel’s forum occasionally, and find it a little sad that I can no longer share opinions and information with yourself, 19236, and all others who express themselves in such an inspiring, intriguing and motivational manner, and who also made me consider subjects from a different and highly interesting angle.

My liver is still my main (and perhaps only) physical nuisance. I have attempted numerous flushes recently and still I vomit up the potion; thus I have been forced to reconsider the quantity of oil, and perhaps even the citrus. There is a solution to all woes, however, so I simply look in hope of finding…

I completely agree that flushes are best kept far apart. The mental anxiety is almost as horrendous as the flush itself. Well, I am to flush again soon…yet more joy I expect!

I am fasting through June and into July if all goes according to plan, and I shall document my progress in the form of a blog, if able... I hope it will be at least a tade interesting.
