One could ask what cruel joke evolution has played on the Penguins... no arms no wings and in that cold dark place balancing an egg on their feet for months on end.

Arguing intelligent design here would be pure folly!! But evolution can be seen here in that every part of the Penguin's life dance appears to be learned and opportunistic. Going inland to avoid predators, sharing the egg duties, and that amazing timing of feedings and egg transfers.

And so it is!
