Ha, your post bewildered my tired mind! I am not the mad faster (or perhaps not quite as mad...) responsible for this fascinating blog; I am just a curious fellow who follows Mr. M.O.G's progress.

I must thank you for providing the super-food link and the information you so kindly posted. I have been taking Dr. Schulze's super-food although I may change to Pure Synergy next as it appears to have a much higher mineral content. I would like to experiment with Nature's First Food, but as usual it appears to only be available in America and the shipping charge alone would surely cripple me.
