Thank you so much! I am definately going to do some research on egg yolks and see how much more information I can find. I originally stopped eating eggs due to body odor problems with it, but now that I don't have to worry about that so much, I think it's the perfect time to look into getting more protein in my diet. Keep looking, I may just blog that too! = )
