I have actually noticed them too on some people's arms, but they are a bit redder, and seem smaller...mine are *slightly* larger than what I have seen on other people, and skin colored which makes them almost invisible. I still wonder what this genetic cause might be, a defect in the digestive system or what...

Hope they do go away like your did :)
