i have heard that a really good bowel cleanse will clear up all kinds of headaches. have you done this? a good bowel cleanse program is dr. schulze. also oxypowder is good, so is arise and shine.

i know a womon who just took a drug store laxitive everytime she got a migraine and it took care of it better than any drug!
