K - thats really great to know people are reading my blog, thanks.

Also, this looks like a great website. That quote above is good , for me, in that it doesn't assume religion or god, just "guides".
That can be "personalised" by each one of us to mean what it means to our way of perceiving things. To me, it could be those cues I get from nature , from the various forces and feelings in nature, around the earth - Crows, Wind, etc..
