Tjake13,

I used to be allergic to spices. I am no longer allergic to them since I began Urine therapy.

I am 33 years old. I don't think it's that my allergies were getting worse with age, but rather they were getting worse with time. As the immune system and liver weaken, the body becomes weak and toxic. That affects the digestive sysystem, which cannot handle the overload of toxins that the liver should be cleaning out. I believe that is what causes the initial food allergies. Of course the kidneys, lymphatic system are also weakened and it turns into a snowball effect....One thing affects another and it goes in circles until you either find a way to heal or get inevitably worse until you die. Sorry for painting such a grim picture, but what can I say? I'm a realist :)

I used to get headaches from food when I was allergic to them. Strangly, I would even get headaches if I drank a lot of water. I went on the master cleanse and after that, I got the feeling like there was some sort of liquid swelling when I drank too much water. I know it sounds strange and I don't know exactly what was going on when I drank liquids, but that's what happened. I also used to suffer from constant migraine headaches, which I got rid of with Quinton's Ocean Plasma. Some sort of good sea salt water remedy would also suffice.

I don't eat anything at the same time I drink UT. You want the UT to wash down your digestive system undiluted, if possible. I try not to eat for atleast an hour after I take UT, but other people say you should only wait a half hour. You can eat whatever your body can handle when you aren't taking UT. If you can handle nuts, eat them. They are very good for you---almonds are the best.

If you take any drugs, even over the counter, you should only take very small amounts of UT because you don't want a double dose of whatever drug you are taking. If you don't take any of those, like me, then I would set my sights on drinking 8 oz of UT per day--preferably in the morning time. I've read that smoking cigarettes while on UT is also a no-no.

Give it a try, seriously, it will change your life.

Lovey
