Hi Cas,

So sorry it took me a while to get back with you... but I've been so busy this past week...

As to the Sweet Pots, I wash them, then chop them up and pass them through the juicer... that's it. And they are sweet. As to the weight, I never had a problem with them as far as gaining weight on a juice fast, nor were they ever a cause for plateauing... I didn't juice them every day... but I did juice them often enough.
