I must say that I am pleased to read of your progress. If I may, I would like to ask two questions of you in regards to your latest fast:

Firstly: What benefits have you felt and/or observed from taking the BF&C herbs?

Secondly: What physical and mental effects have you witnessed since fasting? Has your thinking become clearer, your utterances more profound? Have old injuries healed along with the disappearance of moles, lumps, scars, etc?

Your thoughts are more than welcome...the greater detail the better!
