I'm so sorry about your friend Hopinso. It's awful that she had to experience such terror right before she left her life. But the good thing is that now her consciousness is gone, and her body is free to exist without human constraints. She still exists, just not as a human. She is in the soil, in the air, in the rain, all around you. We all are. She will always be with us. It is a terrible shock to us as humans when someone dies though, and I myself am scared of death. But it's only our emotions that keep us scared and horrified by these things. In reality, nothing is bad, and your friend is always here.
I hope you feel better. I think today will be a good day for you. Just a feeling...
