just read thru your blog and you have come so far in such a short period of time. when i did my 30 day fast i hit an all time high at around day 13/14. i still had ups and downs the remainder of the way. some days hungry some not at all. some days a bit depressed others so far removed from my emotions (but not in a bad way) i loved it. keep going you have so much to look forward to. im not sure how long you are intending but i hope you reach your goals whatever they may be. good luck
