It's so strange...the ob/gyn visits used to be just about like any other medical visit for me. It was no big thing.

But recently a pap smear and then a follow up visit after that brought up major trauma reactions.

Still trying to figure out why.

I've got another invasive sort of ob/gyn procedure happening tomorrow.

I'm trying to focus on positive things like the hope I find in the world of natural healing and healthy eating and such.
