I don't and never plan on taking any protein powder ever.

Nor do I take supplements, minerals, or vitamins.

I do drink orange juice and I do make herbal teas and I do take other herbal decoctions.

I am poor just like the next guy, living paycheck to paycheck.

I save up money for what I want, and buy it, just like anyone else.

Anyone can study and learn what I have learned, for a minimal price.

Quit wasting your money on the dead sandwich that kills you and buy a piece of fruit instead, might help clear up that poisoned head of yours,
