I am thinking of starting my fast tomorrow as well. I read that on average you lost 2lbs. per day with the bulk of the weight coming off during the first 20-25 days. If you exercise, exercise during the first few days when you still have alot of energy. Doing this will increase the amount of weight loss and also firm up the skin. I was told firming and aerobic is best but not to over stimulate yourself. I need a partner on my journey. This is my fourth attempt at this. I always give up usually around the third day. I really need to detox. My goal is to do this 40days.
