Hi...don't know if you've gotten your info yet. Enema bags are in any drug store, available for under 10 $. There may be some better more expensive ones out there, but mine was cheap and seems to work fine.
I was freaked the first time I did it, and waited until I was alone in the house...it is a bit awkward at first, and messy (for me, anyway) so I usually put down a plastic sheet. I have done the coffee enemas, and once tried the wheatgrass. A retention enema is a bit tough - retaining, or just holding it in is hard. And the first time I did it, the liquid that was still in the tube ended up all over the place. A good laugh. But it is not nasty like I thought it would be, if you know what I mean. The tube comes out cleanly. And I feel so much better now that I do it regularly. A good book, if you don't already know of it, is Prescription for Nutritional Healing, by Phyllis and James Balch. It covers many issues, gives recommendations, and is pretty much my bible when it comes to ill health.
Good luck!
