I do agree with you and budhist hilisophy is the highest i know in my life. The fact is that I have lived in countries where people dream of eating a piece of bread, and it makes me so nervous to see someone obssessed so much about the food shakes and complements, the great men who fasted did that not in order to become healthy physically but either in order to menifest their disagrrement with others or to remember the goodness of God who has provided us with food. In Qoran, it is said, that God has created trees to give us food and he commands us to eat and drink but thank him at all times. There is nothing about protein shakes in Bible or any other holly scripts, nor did any great man healed his spirit on a juice fast, using super juicer of this or that brand!! I am a student and a musician, i don't have any money even to heal my diseases, above all the psychological ones i've been through all my life, I would have lovd to detox as well, specially that i am trying to heal a Bulimia, but I cn never afford to buy a juicer, such and such supplements, so i am condemned to suffer? Wouldnt it better if such fasters try to heal others as well? to just try to listen to people who are in pain and ... Sometimes all i dream of is to have someone to talk to, someone who would tell me: one day, one day at last everything is going to be OK and you will see that life could be beautiful...
