i am very surprised with this last message you just received.

This would not have come to my mind to think such ....
There is no wrong in spending money, when you earn your...:)))

And in this last message ,you spoke about doing things for your family, you cooked for them ,you take care of them and of your animals, and of yourself, yes, sure, but hey, we do deserve it too!
I am a buddhist and in this philosophy, generosity ,giving to others and doing for others is very much pointed out, very important to reach happiness, true happiness.
But even there, it all start by ourselves.
If you want to see peace outside, you should first feel peace inside...and same for all rest..we should love ourselves enough to be in peace and to give love in a right way, unconditionnally ,to others :)))
and yes some of us have some troubles with food, addiction or whatever you could call it, eating for comfort....and the reason why we are here is to be able to share on this with others...knowing nobody's gonna judge us....:)))))
We are all on a path, all different paths...and we are all learning....:)
We can just all live together and accept our differences...
His Holiness the Dalai Lama said..."if you cant do some good to others, at least dont harm them"...
