Hi MOG: I'm certainly not at your level but I aspire to be!

Actually, I had originally planned going 14 days (since this is my 1st fast ever), but as noted in my latest blog entry (Day 4), I will be cutting it short by 1 week due to a vaca scheduling change. So all in all, accomplishing 1 week isn't too bad. I still feel I'll get benefits and I will jump on the horse again this summer.
