I'm at 191 now, my highest weight was 220. I'm 5'4". Yes, it is uncomfortable. I hate shopping for clothes. I'm on day 10 of my fast, I hope I lose good like you did!

You're doing great! You've changed your attitude about food......THAT'S was so HARD!! That's my struggle. I'm such an emotional eater.
