im glad you posted goign thru a bit of a tough afternoon myself (detox day 3 and pms....excellent comination!ha!) and was wondering how you were going. so firstly to the person who left work im sorry this upset you so much but really i think he is just lashing out and will probably regret the things he has said later when he calms down. if not screw him. my new policy lately. i give them a chance and if they are just been wankers than screw em. who needs it. you wouldnt be paid what you are (which i think is not a huge salary anyway) if the station didnt think you are worth it......as you know you are. so let the other stuff go and concerntrate on what you are trying to accomplish with your health. keep up the excellent work.
