The author seems to recommend canola oil as a healthy source of fat. As far as I know most canola oil available is highly refined and processed and definitely NOT a good source of fat. I'm also suspicious of soybeans and soybean oil. The only soybean that is good for health is fermented soybean--miso/tempeh. Tofu in large amounts is also detrimental.
