Thanks for the information, I will try that out next Sunday when I do my maintenance dose. I can't stand how the alcohol makes me feel, so that is great advice.

Yeah, the sorghum is great isn't it? I also have used organic bs molasses and I find it much less bitter than the non-organic crap.

So are you on a fast right now?
