Just have to think on terms of Life Force Energy. Is the food alive or dead? Can it create more food, or is it at the end of the chain? The closer to the sun the food was grown, the better.

And of course, coherent belief systems run the ship. Use EFT, TAT, NLP, and get in the habit of watching your thoughts...become the viewer of your thoughts.

Hey try chanting. It will blow you away. I recommend anything by Jonothan Goldman or Krishna Das, Jai Uttal(kirtan) or Wah (kitan called Jai Jai Jai). Thjry them on for size and let me know if that get ya vibrating.
