Muscle weighs more than fat, but is leaner!
So you have probably lost more fat than the scales
can tell!

I am sure you are seeing the difference
in the way your body is shaping and the way your clothes
are fitting you now.

Even paced *safe* wt loss will also keep body from
getting saggy skin and reduce toxicity extreme
healing crisis's since toxins released that are stored
in fat will be of lesser amt than those that go the
lose 30 lbs in 30 days route.

I think the safe way to lose wt/ is about 2 lbs a week
tops.. and I will bet you have lost about 8/9 lbs really
just some is being converted to muscle now.
