Re acidophilus: have you ever tried putting a little of the culture into a food you are making as a fermented recipe? I got this idea from Viktoras Kulvinskas in his book Lover's Diet I think, where just in a matter of hours, in warmth, the probiotics are greatly multiplied!
I'll have to look into the MiVita Minerals too. Am going to look for your blog entry on that.
