Thank you, Ren, for sharing this wonderful article. The more I can learn about wheatgrass the better. I am beginning to believe it's a perfect food. And you know? It doesn't taste bad to me at all... it's sweetish and I was warned that it would taste horrible, to hold my nose while drinking. I'm glad I didn't.
