Yes, if you have a dog or care of one, it's murder guilt when you just don't have the pep or are too bogged down in misery/toxicity to give her/him at least _one_ of the 3 or 4 long walks a day he or she craves - some really nice epiphany moments can happen out on such walks, and it's a sin to both person and dog when you can't go and enjoy life with him (her) - dogs are tremendous teachers. As cats are, if I let them. That intense light of enlightenment - it's like living with an Awakened One (though he mainly sleeps). You and Stella have a great (rest of) day.
