You have offered a wonderful testimony regarding the experience of Juice Fasting! It is so nice to read about how other's are experiencing the very same thing you're going through. Fasting is (to say the least) taboo and good support/encouragment is hard to get. So thank you for offering your journey and insight.

What rings so true is when you wrote that while fasting is when you felt the most energy and vitality. This statement is so true. It's hard to describe how perfectly wonderful you feel during a fast, and it's something you truly miss when you're not fasting.
