I agree.  Pessimism, if I had allowed it, would have been my downfall while juice fasting for 30 days.  Pessimism is like quicksand, the moment you fall into it, it sucks you down.  When we seek to find ways around the quagmire of pessimism, we'll find the wherewithal to keep on going.

Remember: Even in the sewer, there's light from the manhole.
