Thanks for all your posts!! I've just started growing WG and it looks like I'll be needing about 2 (cafeteria size) trays a day for my husband and I. How do you guys do it? I'm going to set up an eleborate station in my garage just to grow them.

Wheargrass, I was wondering, what do you mean by growing them in ocean solution? Is there an easier way to get ocean water minerals without going out in a boat and bringing back buckets? Also, please tell me more about utilizing the root mat.
